Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is set to make serious changes to his back line in the January transfer window, the Daily Mail has suggested.
The Blues boss has been very disappointed with his back four of late, with the team having conceded nine goals in first six Premier League fixtures.
The 3-0 loss to Arsenal appears to have been the last drop that persuaded Conte to get rid of some underperforming footballers and reinforce the back line in the winter.
Gary Cahill and Branislav Ivanovic could be the first through the exit door, while the return of John Terry and Kurt Zouma will be a welcoming boost.
Antonio Conte failed to lure Leonardo Bonucci and Kalidou Koulibaly to Stamford Bridge in the summer, and while he did add David Luiz and Marcos Alonso to his ranks, the Italian tactician is widely expected to recruit three more defenders in the January window.
