Brazil left wing back Andre Santos and his Corinthians team mate Cristian are leaving for Fenerbahce of Turkey, the Brazilian club said.
Corinthians said on their website (www.corinthians.com.br) that the clubs had agreed a deal and the players would undergo a medical and sort out personal terms in Turkey this week.
Andre Santos, who made his five international appearances to date in Brazil’s Confederations Cup-winning team in South Africa last month, played 98 games and scored 25 goals for Corinthians, winning the Copa Brasil twice and the Paulista (Sao Paulo state) championship this year.
“We’re going to reach a new objective in our careers,†Andre Santos, 26, told a news conference on Tuesday.
Midfielder Cristian, also 26, joined Corinthians from Flamengo last year.
