Brazilian club Corinthians are ready to listen to offers for Alexandre Pato, according to the Daily Star.
The 24 year old only returned to his native country at the beginning of this calendar year having spent six years in Serie A with AC Milan.
However, Corinthians director of football Roberto de Andrade has said that he is willing to negotiate an exit for the striker, who has hit seventeen goals for the club in 2013.
Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are expected to move for a striker when the transfer window reopens next month, and the North London rivals are expected to lead the chase for the Brazil international, who will be keen to be part of Luiz Felipe Scolari’s plans for next summer’s World Cup finals.
Pato has ten goals in twenty-seven senior appearances for A Seleção, but has started just one match since Scolari was reappointed as manager.
