Correa to AC Milan in doubt

According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Angel Correa’s proposed move from Atletico Madrid to AC Milan is now said to be in doubt. AC Milan were said to have won the race to sign Correa, who has been heavily linked with a number of top European clubs in the last few weeks. As it turns out, though, Correa was going to be replacing Andre Silva at the club – but now, Andre Silva’s potential move to French side Monaco has fallen through. This could open the door for any number of other clubs to come back into play, with a few potential suitors being listed over in both Italy and England.

AC Milan have had their fingers in a lot of different pies since the summer transfer window opened, with Correa being one of their main targets. With that in mind, it feels like this will just make them all the more eager to try and force a sale of Silva through.
