Could Kaka be heading back to Serie A?

Real Madrid playmaker Kaka on his day is one of the best players in the world but he has endured a disappointing start to his career in La Liga.

He is now being linked with a return to Serie A the league that brought him to prominence.

Serie A

Kaka has been linked with a move to both Inter and AC Milan. He made his name with the Rossoneri but reports have stated that the 28 year-old could sign for the Nerazzurri instead.

Inter president Massimo Moratti has already stated that the club haven’t yet made a move for the mercurial star but hinted he would like them to.

Kaka’s father who is also his agent was in Milan on Thursday. This has led to speculation over a move to one of the Milan giants. However AC Milan representatives have denied his prescence wasn’t to negotiate a return to the Rossoneri, stating that he was in Milan for ‘bureaucratic reasons’.

Support

Players from both sides of the Milan football divide have voiced their support for signing of the Mercurial star. Kaka’s Brazilian international teammate Ronaldinho told the media: “If he did return to Milan I would welcome him. He is a great champion and made history with this club,”

Inter ace Javier Zanetti also revealed that he would like to see Kaka join his club saying: “Kaka is a great champion and, if he comes, he will reinforce an already strong group. We would be happy to have him. He would be received with open arms just like any other champion.”

Problems

Kaka has endured a pretty difficult time at the Bernabeu and a move back to Serie A could re-ignite his career. It seems that Real boss Jose Mourinho is now unsure of where Kaka fits into his system of play.

The Portuguese boss signed German international star Mesut Ozil to play in Kaka’s favour attacking midfield role. He has made a decent start to his Real career and I can’t see Kaka getting in the team ahead of him at the moment, when he is fully fit.

However Real are in lots of competitions and with squad rotation important in the modern game both players could figure heavily for Real. Although Mourinho usually likes to have a settled side and play a certain way. Kaka sitting on the bench every other week would be a massive waste of talent.

A move to either of the big Milan sides would be a good one for the Brazilian. At either he would be playing for a massive club and be back in an environment where he is comfortable. I think it is more likely that he will join the Rossoneri, than the Nerazzurri.

He is still a hero with the AC Milan fans and I’m sure that their fans would love to see him back at San Siro. With all the attacking options currently at Milan with the likes of Ronaldinho, Robinho, Pato and Ibrahimovic I’m not sure where he would fit in.

Talent

I would like to see Kaka move back to Milan and rediscover his best form. Kaka and Real Madrid seemed like a dream partnership. It’s turned into more of a nightmare, a move and a fresh start is probably the best thing for him at this stage of his career.

Should Kaka leave Real Madrid?

Kaka is a great player but it is coz of long term injury which has caused this otherwise he is better than ozil no questions about that. He should not return to AC Milan.

when you put it like that, it makes sense. Kaka’s time at Madrid would seem a complete waste if he leaves this season without winning something. I’m sure he has what it takes to play in Spain too, but I wouldn’t mind seeing him in a Milan jersey again.

The answer for this is an absolute and obvious no…..If kaka moves to milan it will be a disaster for his career annd heres the reason why:
Plain and simple, if kaka leaves his status will be labeled a la liga flop…people will say that he is a player who could only play in the serie A and his name will most definitely not be a legend that it deserves to be…look at ibrahimovic; now no one looks at him as the worlds best striker he was at inter but as a barca flop..same with theiry henry
With kaka I am sure he has the ability to play in la liga, in the first few games before his injury i remember chanting “kaka, kaka..” along with the bernabeu crowd as he was playing so well…if he can overcome his injury then he should stay and prove himself. because, simply put, real madrid is the biggest club in the world, admit it or not, so if not here then where? this coming from an arsenal fan
