Could Nani be on his way out of Old Trafford?

The Sun have reported that Manchester United winger Nani may leave the club despite being offered a massive pay rise that is increased from £90,000 to £130,000 a week over the next four years.

Reports suggest that United have admitted that if Nani wants to leave the club, they will be happy to listen to offers for the winger.

“I am happy but I am not saying anything about my future. I am studying all openings. Football is not all about only England or Spain. It’s possible to fight for success in other countries.” He told Portuguese TV station RTP.

“My agent is waiting for news about United. We have presented a counter-offer and now it depends what the club thinks.”

“It was a pain to miss the league title in the last minutes of the last match. City had incredible luck.” He added.

Nani is sure to attract the attention of many big clubs despite not having one of his best seasons for United.

The Portuguese international will be looking to show his current employers and other clubs just what he is capable of in Euro 2012 where he will want to set the tournament alight.

The 25-year-old made 28 appearances for The Red Devils in the Premier League this season, scoring eight goals.

Elsewhere, The Daily Star has suggested that Manchester United are targetting Luka Modric, Leighton Baines and Cheick Tiote this summer.

It certainly looks set to be a busy summer for Sir Alex Ferguson.
