Crespo keen to stay at Parma

Veteran Parma striker Hernan Crespo has rejected lucrative offers from several clubs to stay at the club.

Crespo, 35, has scored nine goals, including three penalties, since joining Parma from Genoa in January 2010. The former Chelsea, Inter and Lazio striker says his priority is to have his current contract extended.”My contract expires at the end of the season and I want to keep playing where I feel I?m important to the club,? Crespo, who turns 36 in July, told SkySport24.”I have received some interesting offers, but I decided to wait, because my priority is Parma,” he said.”First of all we must achieve safety, then we?ll think about the rest.
