Looking to do the double over Leicester this season, Crystal Palace will make the trip to the King Power Stadium on Saturday evening.

Starting with the hosts, after slumping to a 3-1 loss away at Wembley prior to the break, Leicester will still be rueing a string of missed opportunities. Now sat outside of the top half of the table and the pressure really starting to mount on Claude Puel, the Foxes’ have failed to win a single matchup since New Year’s Day. Losing five of their last six contests, including crashing out of the FA Cup at the hands of lower league Newport, the former Southampton boss will also be growing more concerned by his sides form at the King Power Stadium. The Blues have lost their last three matches on home soil and have scored just a single goal on that losing run.

As for the visitors, while Leicester might be enduring a difficult run in the second half of the season, the same can not be said for Crystal Palace. Booking their spot in the quarterfinals of this year’s FA Cup, former England boss Roy Hodgson has now seen his side enjoy a five-match unbeaten run. Also with their close fought 4-3 loss at Anfield their only away defeat since the start of December, the Eagles should be boosted by their recent record against the Foxes. Palace picked up a 2-0 win in the reverse fixture and have also now won their last three matches against Puel’s side.
