Premier League high-flyers Crystal Palace are keeping close tabs on Marseille youngster Thomas Ephestion.
The Eagles have impressed since Tony Pulis took over the reigns and the club are determined to build on this season’s success.
According to L’Equipe, Crystal Palace have been alerted of Marseille holding midfielder Thomas Ephestion and they plan to lure him to Selhurst Park at the earliest opportunity.
The left-footed midfielder has yet to be handed a senior debut, but he has been in fine form playing for the club’s Under-19 side.
Crystal Palace officials are convinced he has what it takes to succeed in English Premier League and they are ready to make their interest concrete.
And with the 18-year-old’s contract due to expire in just over a year, there is every chance he will be available on a cut-price deal next summer.
Crystal Palace are set for 11th-place finish regardless of the outcome of the final game of the season, but the Eagles are 13/8 to beat Fulham on the road.
