CSKA Sofia coach Pavel Dochev has resigned as coach of the Bulgarian outfit after their poor start to the new season. CSKA have picked up only one point from their first three league games in the 10/11 season. The club finished second in the league last season.

CSKA lost to Levski Sofia and Chernomorets Burgas and drew against newly promoted outfit Vidima-Rakovski Sevlievo last weekend.

Former Bulgarian international Dochev also played for CSKA as a defender. CSKA was the first club managed by the 44 year old outside Germany- he was previously in charge of Paderborn 07 and Rot-Weiss Erfurt.

CSKA will be seen in action against Welsh side TNS in the Europa League later this week.
