(GSM) – CSKA Moskva have signed Manchester United winger Zoran Tosic for an undisclosed fee. Tosic has signed a five-year deal with the Russian club after failing to breakthrough the first-team at Old Trafford.
The 23-year-old joined United with from Partizan Belgrade with youngster Adem Ljajic also moving to Old Trafford. But Tosic failed to impress and was sent on loan to German side Cologne during the second half of last season.
After Ljajic moved to Fiorentina last January, Tosic, who is with Serbia’s World Cup squad, will be playing in the Russian Premier League with CSKA next season.
Tosic will be replacing Milos Krasic, who has been linked with top European clubs including Juventus, Internazionale and Chelsea.
