Italian media outlet La Nazione has learned that Fiorentina have reached an agreement with Juan Guillermo Cuadrado over the player’s buy-out clause.
The full-back’s representatives are currently negotiating a new deal for their client with Viola, with the amount of the said clause arguably the most important issue.
And while the talks were believed to have hit a standstill, the latest reports suggest that a €35 million clause has been agreed.
Both sides seem to feel that this is the fair amount the club will receive if an interested party want to purchase Cuadrado, and chances are the highly rated footballer is now even closer to a move away from Artemio Franchi.
The Colombia star has caught the eye of Europe’s top clubs with his performances for club and country, and he is not expected to remain with Viola beyond next summer.
Fiorentina face Dinamo Minsk in the Europa League away fixture tomorrow evening, with the Serie A side priced at 4/5 to emerge victorious.
