Juan Cuadrado’s future is up in the air, but the Juventus winger wants to stay with the Serie A champions. According to Sky Sports, former Chelsea man is not interested for a move back to Premier League. Two teams have been particularly interested in his services – West Ham and Watford – but the Colombian wants to stay in Turin.
He has been linked with a move to Premier League, as he is approaching late years of his career and playing time has been coming hard for him. Whilst he is apparently not interested in returning to England, he has played just 1200 minutes in all competitions for Juventus this season.
In an interview with Sky Italy, Cuadrado reaffirmed his commitment to The Old Lady and stated that he wants to stay, despite his contract expiring in 2020.
He said: “I’m very happy with the club, the city and the people. My family is happy here, I still have one year until my contract runs out but it doesn’t only depend on me. I always try and do my best and I would be very happy to stay here.”
