Czech international Milan Baros on Tuesday signed a three-year deal with Turkish champions Galatasaray, the club confirmed.
“All the signatures are on the contract, there is no problem,” said senior club official Haldun Ustunel, adding that the striker would arrive in Istanbul on Thursday.
The 27-year-old, who was the top scorer in Euro 2004, was loaned in January by French champions Lyon to English side Portsmouth.
Baros, who scored seven goals in 30 games for Lyon, has not featured in Lyon coach Claude Puel's plans since the beginning of the season.
He previously played for English club Aston Villa as well as Liverpool from 2001 to 2006 after starting his career at Czech outfit Banik Ostrava.
