Dani Alves welcomes PSG interest

Barcelona full-back Dani Alves has refused to deny the possibility of joining Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season.

The Brazilian have been repeatedly linked with a move to French Ligue 1 with both the Saints and Monaco believed to be keen.

Alves has reiterated that he is happy at Barcelona, but hinted there is a chance of moving to France’s top flight.

“I am a Barca player and I am happy here, but I will never close the door on PSG or any other club,” the defender told French TV station Canal +.

Dani Alves has spent last five years at Camp Nou having joined the club from Sevilla and he may feel the time has come for a fresh challenge.

The 30-year-old is no longer considered an indispensable member of the squad at Camp Nou, and the Catalans could decide to let him leave if the price is right.

That being said, there is every chance French giants Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco will enter a real bidding war for his services in the summer.
