Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is keen to bring Angel Gomes to the North London club, according to GiveMeSport. Gomes is out of contract at Lille at the end of the season, and Levy is personally trying to convince the England international midfielder to make the move to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Manchester United and West Ham United are also interested in Gomes, who has established himself as one of the better midfielders in Ligue 1 and is also a regular in the England squad. Levy is reportedly willing to make a bid for Gomes in the January transfer window instead of waiting for him until the summer of 2025 to snap him up on a free transfer.
Tottenham are having a bad season and are just eight points above the Premier League bottom three. Although Spurs are doing well in the UEFA Europa League, fans of the North London club would like the team to improve their performances and results in the Premier League.
