Liverpool out-of-favour forward Daniel Sturridge is expected to leave Anfield during the January transfer window.
The England international has lost his place in the pecking order and is looking for a swift way out in order to improve his chances of going to Russia next summer.
Sturridge last appeared as a late substitute in Liverpool’s 7-0 rampage over Spartak Moscow in the Champions League at the beginning of December and was left out of the Liverpool squad for their Monday night’s Premier League clash in Swansea.
The Reds are currently in an impressive unbeaten run and can be backed at 3/10 to beat the Swans.
Sturridge has most recently been linked with a move to Serie A heavyweights Inter Milan but the latest report coming from the British press claim that Sevilla have emerged as the frontrunners for his signature.
The Spanish side is reportedly willing to take Sturridge on loan for the rest of the campaign and cover his wages in full.
The player himself is also said to be keen on a move to La Liga as he looks for a fresh start.
