AS Roma lost their Prince of Rome few years ago when Francesco Totti retired from football and this summer they have lost his successor. Daniele De Rossi’s contract at the Giallorossi got to its end and now the veteran Italian is expected to make a move across the pond.
According to ESPN, De Rossi is set to sign with Los Angeles FC. Bob Bradley’s team is apparently interested in the midfielder and they feel like he could be their piece in completely dominating Major League Soccer to an even greater degree than already. De Rossi finished his time at the Serie A side after 18 seasons with the club and at 35, he has been also linked with a move to Boca Juniors.
However, it looks like he will be going to California. Los Angeles FC already boast a great squad, with Carlos Vela playing as a guaranteed MVP of the league, while Diego Rossi and Eduard Atuesta are also doing incredibly well.
