Former Palermo boss Delio Rossi has rejected rumours that he has been contacted regarding the coaching job at Inter.
The experienced tactician has been linked with both Inter and Roma over the last few days, but he denies there is any truth in these rumours.
“I was never contacted by Inter,” Rossi told RMC.
“I am not working out of choice, as the right proposal has not arrived to entice me.
“Roma have just started their new project and need a little time to develop.”
Inter boss Gian Piero Gasperini has been reportedly given three games to save his job, with Delio Rossi and Roberto Baggio being mentioned as possible replacements.
