(GSM) – Brescia midfielder Alessandro Diamanti has revealed that he is hoping for a move to a big club in the near future.
The 27-year-old Italian, who had a successful loan spell with West Ham United last season, returned to the Rondinelle in August from Premier League.
Diamanti scored eight times in 30 games for the Hammers during his spell at Upton Park but opted to move back to his homeland.
Now the flair player admits that while he is happy at Brescia, he is still working for a move in the future.
“Last year I did very well in the Premier League, West Ham was a wonderful experience for me but I was missing too much Italian football,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I’m now in Brescia for gratitude to Gianluca Nani and I try to do my best. But for the future I hope to get in a big club and I’m working for it.”
