Didier Drogba bags a goal and an assist on his Phoenix Rising debut (Video)

The French icon Didier Drogba made quite a few headlines when it was revealed he would be taking up an owner/player role at the USL soccer team Phoenix Rising.

Chelsea legend made his official debut on Saturday as he put in the man of the match display against Whitecaps II, scoring an opener with a trademark header and grabbing an assist to in his team’s 2-1 win.
