Tottenham have been offered a chance to sign Sporting Lisbon winger Diego Capel, according to Metro.
The Lions are eager to cash in on a couple of star players in the summer in order to balance the books and they have reportedly already agreed to sell Ricky van Wolfswinkel to Norwich.
Metro has suggested that winger Diego Capel could also join a Premier League club in the summer transfer window.
The Spain international was offered to Liverpool, Swansea and Tottenham, but it appears that only Spurs are interested in doing business.
Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas desperately needs a left-sided midfielder now that Gareth Bale is no longer playing on the wing and he is keen on luring Capel to White Hart Lane.
Diego Capel, 25, arrived at Estadio Jose Alvalade in the summer of 2011 from Sevilla, and has since made 46 Primeira Liga appearances and scored 6 goals in the process.
