It was just another day in the office for Diego Maradona.
The temperamental Argentine icon missed out on the promotion after his side Dorados lost the second leg of their Mexican second division final vs Atletico san Luis but that was not all Maradona lost on the occasion.
The legendary footballer also lost his temper – surprise, surprise – and went on to aim a punch at journalists following the match.
Furthermore, Maradona was previously sent off during the closing stages of the first leg for abusing match officials. It resulted in a ban that put Maradona on the stands for the return leg. The 58-year-old was seen drinking from a beer bottle and it apparently helped him lose grip with reality.
