Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has joined Indian side Kerala Blasters on a free transfer.
The Bulgarian was without a club since leaving PAOK in June 2016, and he has finally found new employers.
Berbatov penned a one-year deal with Kerala Blasters, becoming club’s second major signing this summer after Wes Brown.
The 36-year-old enjoyed an illustrious career as he impressed playing for Bayer Leverkusen, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.
Berbatov kept scoring goals on regular basis at Fulham and Monaco, but not so much at PAOK, who opted against extending his deal over a year ago.
