Dominguez joins Valencia in January

(GSM) – Valencia will add Alejandro Dominguez to their squad in January. The Argentine striker is on the verge of swapping Rubin Kazan for the Spanish top flight club.

“My move to Valencia is almost complete,” Dominguez told Super Deporte. “I have pushed to complete it now because I want to play football in Spain and dream of having David Villa and David Silva as team-mates.”

“It is true that Rubin offered to extend my contract for another season and that is a gesture that I valued greatly, they have always been great to me.”

The 28-year-old, who scored spectacular goals against Dynamo Kiev and Inter Milan in his side’s opening two Champions League games, is reported to have turned down moves to AS Roma and Juventus in favour of his preferred destination in Spain.
