Competition: League One
Market: Doncaster and AFC Wimbledon to draw
Odds: 12/5 @ Bet365
Two sides that have spent the majority of the season battling it out at the foot of the League One table, on Tuesday night Doncaster will welcome AFC Wimbledon to the Keepmoat Stadium on Tuesday night.
For Darren Ferguson’s Doncaster side, after a disappointing start to 2018, Donny have now transformed into League One’s draw specialists. Coming off the back of a 0-0 draw with relegation strugglers Oldham last weekend, Ferguson’s men have now drawn 10 of their 19 games in the New Year and only one side has picked up a single point more than Doncaster. It will also be in the final third that Donny have struggled, without a win in their last four outings, Ferguson’s Doncaster side have also failed to register a single goal in their last three.
As for the Wombles, much like their hosts on Tuesday night, Neal Ardley’s AFC Wimbledon side have also spent a large part of 2018 picking up a single point. Coming off the back of a 1-1 draw with soon to be champions Wigan last time out, the Blues have now drawn their last two on the bounce and drew 50 percent of their matches in League One last month. On a points tally of 51, while AFC Wimbledon do hold a five-point advantage over the drop zone with four games remaining, Ardley will know that three points should all but confirm their League One status for next season.
