Speaking to the press after Tottenham Hotspur’s FA Cup victory over Burnley, manager Ange Postecoglou explained the absence of Eric Dier from the squad through injury. However, in light of ongoing speculation about the experienced defender potentially joining Bayern Munich this term, a journalist expressed a doubt about the veracity of what Postecoglou had said.

Needless to say, the Australian tactician was not impressed with the implication made.
