Dortmund agree deal for Yunus Malli

German daily newspaper Bild has learned that Borussia Dortmund are on the verge of signing Turkish midfielder Yunus Malli.

The Millionaires coach Thomas Tuchel had earlier expressed his desire to get reunited with the Mainz starlet and it looks as though his wish will be granted.

According to Bild, Malli has agreed a four-year deal with the Signal-Iduna Park outfit, whilst Mainz are very close to accepting a €13 million proposal for his services.

Considering that the player’s €9.5 million release clause will come into effect next summer, the Bundesliga club have a unique chance to earn an extra €3.5 million if they decide to sell this month.

Yunus Malli exploded onto the big stage a couple of years ago and he has been in excellent form over the last couple of years.

Since joining the club from Borussia M’gladbach, the 23-year-old has managed 20 goals in 96 Bundesliga outings.
