German newspaper Bild has learned that Borussia Dortmund are on the verge of completing a deal for Hertha striker Adrian Ramos.
The Millionaires have identified the Colombian as the number one candidate to replace Robert Lewandowski a while back, and they are close to reaching an agreement with his employers.
According to Bild, Borussia Dortmund have had a €10 million bid accepted by their Bundesliga rivals.
Adrian Ramos had already agreed a three-year deal worth €2.8 million per campaign with an option for another season.
Hertha Berlin are, therefore, set to earn a healthy profit on the 28-year-old footballer, having paid a total of €2 million for his services.
Adrian Ramos has been in fine form this season, having bagged 16 goals in 28 Bundesliga outings for the club.
Borussia Dortmund travel to Santiago Bernabeu tomorrow to face Real Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie, and they are 15/2 to emerge victorious.
