Dortmund close on Jesus Corona

Mexican media outlet Televisa Deportes has learned that Borussia Dortmund are set to complete the deal for FC Porto hotshot Jesus Corona.

The Millionaires are in the market for attacking reinforcements given that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is set to leave and they have now made their move on the Mexican forward.

Televisa Deportes claims that the deal is set to be wrapped up, some two months after we reported that Borussia were hot on the trail of the 24-year-old footballer.

According to reports, Barcelona and AC Milan are also keen, but the Millionaires are clearly leading the chase.

Jesus Corona managed 6 goals and 9 assists in 41 appearances for FC Porto last term, while he also scored for Mexico in the June friendly against Republic of Ireland.

The left-footed winger was expected to represent El Tri at the 2017 Confederations Cup, but eventually had to withdraw through injury.
