Borussia Dortmund are ready to put their recent Bundesliga frailties to bed by making changes in the January transfer window! After winning just one point from two matches in which they were in winning positions, Dortmund are ready to see how they can make their squad better. After the rumours of Dries Mertens potentially arriving for a cut-price, now another winger is being linked with the side from Westfalen.
According to Foot Mercato and Get German Football News, Borussia Dortmund have made enquiries over Marcus Thuram. Borussia Monchengladbach star has been doing superbly since moving to Germany this summer from his former club Guingamp. Marcus, son of Lilian Thuram, is 22 years old and has been making big strides in the past year or so.
His ability up front has now caught the eye of Lucien Favre, although Gladbach will be reluctant to release the young star after such a short period at the club.
