German daily newspaper Bild claims that Borussia Dortmund are keen on Atalanta full-back Hans Hateboer.
The Millionaires plan to sign a long-term successor to veteran right-back Lukasz Piszczek and the new Netherlands international has emerged as their top target.
The 24-year-old was recently handed his Oranje debut in the friendly defeat to England after impressing with Atalanta in Italian Serie A.
Hateboer’s excellent displays did not go unnoticed and Borussia Dortmund have now emerged as frontrunners for his signature.
Bild understands that a deal could be worth around €12 million, as the highly rated footballer has another two years left on his current deal.
