Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in signing Norwegian midfielder Havard Nordtveit from Borussia M’gladbach, Sport Bild has suggested.
The highly rated footballer will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign and he is currently considering his future.
While he obviously has the offer to extend his stay in Monchengladbach, Nordtveit has emerged as a top target for Borussia Dortmund and he definitely has a decision to make.
The Millionaires hold the 25-year-old in high regard and they are probably in a position to offer him a better deal than their league rivals.
Former Arsenal footballer has spent last five years with Borussia M’gladbach, having joined on a free transfer from North London, and he has so far made 137 Bundesliga appearances for die Fohlen.
Nordtveit has also been an important member of the Norway national team, but he couldn’t help the Nordic side qualify for the Euro 2016 finals.
