Dortmund to go after three English stars

According to reports in England, Borussia Dortmund have highlighted three specific players as their main targets in the next few transfer windows – Phil Foden, Bobby Duncan and Callum Hudson-Odoi. The German club have been on a roll so far this season and find themselves at the top of Bundesliga, with many now considering them to be the favourites to win the title.

Their desire to invest in more English talent stems from the fact that Jadon Sancho has been so successful at the club since arriving, and it seems as if they’re one of the first teams around Europe to try this tactic. Traditionally, not too many English stars play abroad in comparison to other nations, so in many ways we could be on the verge of seeing Dortmund revolutionise the market for English stars. The Premier League is great, but there are certainly other options out there for players wanting to make a name for themselves.
