Drogba’s slap too much for Chelsea – Will be sold

Didier Drogba, who many times been the hero for Chelsea, was considered the villain in Chelsea’s loss against Manchester United in the Champions League final.

Drogba’s extra-time slap on Nemanja Vidic that deservedly earned him a red card, might prove to be the last piece of action he will see in a Chelsea shirt. His antics, both on and off the pitch, have angered many at Chelsea. Drogba have on numerous occasions complained both at players and officials within the organization. A few times this season he has stated that he wants to leave the club, which have caused for some unrest in the Chelsea camp. While his desire of wanting to leave has diminished in recent time, with the 30-year old claiming that he is happy at London, he still may be sold this summer, the Sun reveals.

AC Milan, Inter Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid have all shown interest in signing the 30-year-old Ivory Coast international. Drogba himself believes that he will one day join up with his former manager and mentor, José Mourinho, again, which can prove to be a real possibility soon with both men linked with Inter Milan. Should it happen, it could prove to be yet another chapter in the Mourinho-Drogba saga.

Drogba a fantastic player? Yes.He did what he did to show that he really wanted to leave chelsea.Though he failed to understand that Chelsea wanted the glory by all means, now Drogba kill their dreams by all means.I wasn’t surprised to see him slapping Vidic. If Chelsea should be with Drogba next season,it’s the best idea…….but Jose Mourinho must come back.Jose is the best man for the Chelsea job.Let him put the past behind. He’s a wise man and very calculative.I believe that Chelsea should make Drogba’s stay safe and acquire King Mourinho with the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic,Robinho,Eto’o,Taye Taiwo and Philip Larm,Chivu .The must part with peope like shevchenko,Ferrera,Bridge,Pizzaro,Alex,Ben Haim,Bourlaruz,Sidwell,Lampard for a reason,Mouluda,Anelka.Makalele will always be at the bench, while John Obi Mikel should take the central midfield and Essien defensive midfield. In all Drogba showed the world that he’s PENNY wise POUND foolish. He throw away the chance to crown his archivements.King Mourinho must come back, else Chelsea will loose too many things, including fans and success.I forsee the down fall of Chelsea wihout the Mr Mourinho.Let him come back, estwhile Chelsea will fall and many souls will die.

No, wait a minute! Drogba messed up slapping Vidic (no matter how slight the slap was) and getting the deserved red card but that is not to say Chelsea is better off without him. So far, other proven strikers like Shevchenko and Anelka have not hit it off at Stamford Bridge. Didier Drogba still remains Chelsea’s most prolific striker and if only this present team can be kept together , with a little tinkering and a couple of quality additions (like Bosingwa, Quaresma), I don’t see any reason why Chelsea will not be the team to beat next season. Chelsea’s problem lies in the bench not just the players; there’s still no better Manager for Chelsea than Jose Murihno. Avram Grant will be excellent as Technical Director but not as Manager, end of story.

I just do not undersatnd why so many top athelete have to be such problems. I would keep my mouth shut and play if a was ver given the oppertunaty to play pro socccer. Drogba is a machine and if he would only commit to every game he would be the best player in the world if not one of the top five. You can be the best player in the world but if you can’t win the big one it says alot. I hope he can pla with jose again I think it will put him back on track.

He has been a pain in the arse for the whole season for non-footballing reasons. It’s welcome to offload such players who think they are untouchable.
For possible replacements im not sure we have been linked with both villa & hantelaar but i think with the way we play we need Benzema or the revitalised adriano.

As for the wings please quaresma is the best out there. Malouda, phillips, cole are good but not consistent. Since robben was sold we never had a good replacement for him. We need a player who can open defence in tight games like ronaldo, fabregas, messi, kaka but the only we can buy is quaresma. If a part exchange is agreed according to my sources, do santos is a good addition or even drenthe of madrid, he is not settled there. As for the midfield im sure Lampard will stay but if he decides to go Iniesta is a perfect replacement but i dont think baca will sell so maybe Van Dar Vaart. Deco is a good team addition but only if his wage demands are not rediculous because he has passed his best, however he still poseses quality required for our midfield. Defence, there is a rumour carvalho wants to leave, if so bring in micah richards or coloccini of deportivo as simple as that.. I hope ivanovic will improve quicker as well.

I would also want our reserve team to be given a go in the carling cup next season to give them more experiance at the top level. The likes of santo, ivanovic should force their way into the first team sooner like nani, anderson, walcot etc.

I have been to Brazil watchin Adriano, that guy is very good even better than drogba, what he needs is a good man manager, his pproblems are mostl off picth. A swap deal will do with Drogba olus cash since millan seem not to value him that high. I am a scout myself. I would think grant has done a very good job, but maybe he lacks man management skills which are very critical for top club. What drogba did in the final shows that players are not scared to do silly things. Even makalele was doing silly arguments before that. It doesnt happen so often at united or arsenal. Thats why i think we should bring in Rikard and make Grant derector of football again.
