Didier Drogba, who many times been the hero for Chelsea, was considered the villain in Chelsea’s loss against Manchester United in the Champions League final.
Drogba’s extra-time slap on Nemanja Vidic that deservedly earned him a red card, might prove to be the last piece of action he will see in a Chelsea shirt. His antics, both on and off the pitch, have angered many at Chelsea. Drogba have on numerous occasions complained both at players and officials within the organization. A few times this season he has stated that he wants to leave the club, which have caused for some unrest in the Chelsea camp. While his desire of wanting to leave has diminished in recent time, with the 30-year old claiming that he is happy at London, he still may be sold this summer, the Sun reveals.
AC Milan, Inter Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid have all shown interest in signing the 30-year-old Ivory Coast international. Drogba himself believes that he will one day join up with his former manager and mentor, José Mourinho, again, which can prove to be a real possibility soon with both men linked with Inter Milan. Should it happen, it could prove to be yet another chapter in the Mourinho-Drogba saga.
