Polish keeper Jerzy Dudek has signed a new contract at Real Madrid that will keep him at the Santiago Bernabeu till June 2011. Dudek has had limited opportunities at Real since joining them from Liverpool in 2007, but new coach Jose Mourinho wanted him to stay at the club as backup to skipper and regular keeper Iker Casillas.
Dudek has made a grand total of ten appearances for Real since his move to the Spanish capital in 2007. Eight of those appearances have come in the Spanish Copa Del Rey, with one in La Liga and the other in the Champions League.
