Dutch players Mario Melchiot, Arjen Robben and Wesley Sneijder took part in light training here on Thursday, as the national side prepares to face Italy in four days time.
Wigan defender Melchiot, who is suffering from a longstanding groin strain, limbered up pitchside and will not be ready to resume full training for two days.
Real Madrid pair Robben and Sneijder are not yet ready to rejoin normal training, but the pair stretched and underwent a light warm-up session.
Earlier in the day, Sneijder collided with Arsenal's Robin van Persie – also an injury concern for Marco van Basten – but is thought to be only lightly injured, while Robben is suffering from fatigue.
However, van Basten will be praying that all three offensive midfielders will be fit to pick for the opening match in the 'Group of Death' with world champions Italy on Monday as he is already desperately short of experienced and talented defensive midfielders.
