Portuguese daily A Bola understands that Dynamo Kiev have made an official offer to sign Sporting Lisbon striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel.
The Ukrainian giants are keen to add another high-profile striker to partner Ideye Brown and have made the Netherlands international their number one target.
A Bola claims that Dynamo have submitted an official offer for the player worth €11 million.
They have also offered Sporting to sign forwards Artem Milevskiy and Marco Ruben on loan until the end of the season in order to compensate for the Dutch striker.
Given that the Lions desperately need money from the sale to balance their books and that they have been following Milevskiy for quite a while, this could prove to be an offer too good to refuse.
Having paid just €5.1 million for Van Wolfswinkel in the summer of 2011, the Portuguese giants have the opportunity to make a nice profit and sign two quality replacements at the same time.
