According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Roma forward Edin Dzeko has agreed to join fellow Serie A side Inter Milan during the summer transfer window. Dzeko, who has eight goals so far this season, has been heavily linked with a move to West Ham United as of late. The belief is that he’d agree to the deal in order to reunite with former boss Manuel Pellegrini, but now, it seems like that move is progressively less and less likely to happen. Inter are believed to have offered him a contract worth in the region of £3.9 million a year, which would convince him to remain in Italy as opposed to returning to the Premier League.
Dzeko made quite the impact over in England a few years back during his tenure with Manchester City, where he was considered by many to be one of the most effective goalscorers in the entire division.
