(GSM) – Wolfsburg striker Edin Džeko is continuously linked with a move away from the Bundesliga. The Bosnia international is reportedly a transfer target for several Italian top sides but he’s yet to receive a concrete offer from a Serie A club.

Džeko was asked about interest from Milan and Juventus after playing in last night’s friendly against Napoli.

“I like Italian football,” said the 24-year-old targetman, “but for the moment I am a Wolfsburg player.

“In the coming days we will know more about my future, I am a player of Wolfsburg and the rest is taken care of by my agent.

“AC Milan and Juventus? There were enquiries but nothing concrete that I know of. They’re two prestigious teams of the European landscape, it is an honor to be linked to them.”
