Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is increasingly likely to leave the Gunners, according to The Athletic. The former Leeds United loanee is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of the season, and no new deal is in place at the moment.
Nketiah has been on the books of Arsenal since 2015. The striker showed a lot of promise for the youth teams, but the Englishman has failed to make a huge impact in the senior side. The 22-year-old has scored five goals in 38 Premier League appearances so far in his career.
The striker has failed to take the chances when they have been presented to him, and it should not come as a surprise if Nketiah leaves Arsenal even in January. The 22-year-old has scored two goals in two Carabao Cup appearances so far this season. The youngster scored two goals in 17 Premier League matches last season.
