Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Chilean striker Eduardo Vargas is expected to leave Stadio San Paolo this summer.
While struggling to prove his worth in Italy, the 24-year-old has shown a great deal of potential during loan spells with Gremio and Valencia, while also impressing in the national team.
But it appears that the Azzurri officials have lost patience with the forward and they are likely to cash in on him this summer.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Valencia and Rubin Kazan are closely monitoring the situation and the two sides could make their moves in the coming weeks.
Eduardo Vargas joined Napoli in an €11 million move from Universidad de Chile, but has failed to score a single goal in 19 league appearances for the Azzurri.
The Chile international has scored 5 goals in 25 competitive outings for Valencia last term, while netting once in four matches at the 2014 World Cup.
