Spain’s top league continues this weekend with a number of hugely important games to come as the competition continues to gather pace. Every side will want to pick up maximum points this game-week as the league table remains incredibly tight, with a single win often able to see a side rise a number of places. With this in mind, Las Palmas host Eibar on Saturday evening.

Las Palmas have been awful this season and they are in real danger of getting relegated to the second division. After 17 games they have just three wins, while they have drawn twice and lost 12 times, scoring just 13 goals and conceding 38 times, the highest in the league. In their last five games they have just one win, while they have drawn and lost twice apiece, seeing Las Palmas onto 11 points for the season, bottom of the table and four points short of safety. If they do not begin to win games soon, then they will find they have a mountain to climb if they are to avoid relegation this season.

Eibar have been very good this season and they are looking to secure an unlikely Europa League place for next term. After 17 games they have seven wins, three draws and seven defeats, while they have netted 22 goals and conceded 29 times, which has seen them onto 24 points for the season so far, helped by the fact they have won four of their last five games. With all of this in mind, we are backing Eibar with odds of 31/20 from Bet365.
