According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri has given Inter Milan his word that he will be signing for the Italian giants during the upcoming summer transfer window.
It no longer seems as if he has a place in the starting XI at Stamford Bridge, whereas Inter look like they’re open to all kinds of possibilities this summer. Antonio Conte is willing to overhaul his squad in a way that will allow the team to make a push for the Serie A title, but as we know, that’s going to be a work in progress.
Emerson is a capable full back with many knowing what he’s capable of due to what he’s produced in the Premier League, and at the age of just 25, he’s only really just starting to come into his prime.
Whether or not Inter can get the best out of him remains to be seen.
