Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions are enjoying an international break, after games against Scotland and France.
An exciting video has emerged of the England international side enjoying some innovative training techniques that included a commando training together with Royal Marines who gave Three Lions a taste of life in the armed forces.
It wasn’t easy but the Ox seemed to have been enjoying himself.
