Arsenal and Manchester United are locked in the battle for Torino forward Alessio Cerci, according to Daily Express.
The Italy international has been in scintillating form this season, and his impressive performances did not go unnoticed.
Manchester United have been keeping close tabs on the 26-year-old for quite a while, whereas Arsenal have also been alerted of the player’s potential.
Both sides could make a move on the forward in January, but Torino’s local rivals Juventus are believed to be keen as well.
Alessio Cerci is the product of AS Roma youth academy, but it was at Fiorentina and Torino that he has played his best football.
After notching 8 goals in 35 league matches last term, Cerci has already matched that record despite only featuring in 12 Serie A games this season.
With Europe’s top clubs now showing interest in his services, it is clear Torino won’t be able to keep hold of their prized asset for much longer.
