Anderlecht youngster Mile Svilar is on the radar of several English Premier League sides, according to his father.
Ratko Svilar is a retired goalkeeper who made a total of 9 appearances for the Yugoslavia national team and his son appears set for a great career as well.
The 15-year-old has largely impressed playing for Anderlecht youth sides, catching the eye of several top clubs in the process.
Ratko Svilar has moved to reveal that his son has already undergone a trial with Chelsea, while Manchester United are also keen on his services.
“He was at Chelsea. And Manchester United also enquired. Everyone wants him,” Svilar told Het Nieuwsblad.
However, he insists that Mile Svilar is set to sign a long-term deal with Anderlecht, where he will remain for the foreseeable future.
“We already have an agreement with Anderlecht, even though he can’t sign a contract until his 16th birthday.”
The talented shot-stopper has already earned comparisons with Chelsea star Thibaut Courtois and while he has Serbian and Belgian passports, the youngster has yet to pledge his allegiance to one of the two countries.
