Several top English clubs are keeping close tabs on FC Porto youngster Diogo Leite, O Jogo can reveal.
Mere 24 hours after his defensive partner Diogo Queiros was linked with a summer move to AFC Bournemouth, the 19-year-old could also be heading to England.
Just like his teammate, Diogo Leite impressed playing for FC Porto reserves and representing the club in the UEFA Youth League, while also facing Arsenal U23, Newcastle U23 and Liverpool U23 sides in an international tournament this year.
It was some strong defensive performances in those matches that won Leite a lot of admirers, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City hot on his trail.
Even though offers in the region of €15 million are being bandied about, FC Porto reportedly hope to hold on to both Diogo Leite and Diogo Queiros.
