Spanish daily newspaper AS has suggested that a number of English Premier League sides are hot on the trail of Real Madrid hotshot James Rodriguez.
The same source claims that los Blancos are ready to listen to offers for the Colombian midfielder as they are far from happy with the player’s recent performances.
James has seen a major dip in form when compared to his last season showings, while his requests for a salary increase has further infuriated the club bosses.
As a result, they may consider selling him in the summer transfer window, and English Premier League appears to be his most likely destination.
Namely, AS has learned that Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all ready to offer James an escape route from Santiago Bernabeu in the summer.
James Rodriguez, 24, has made a total of 18 league appearances for los Blancos, scoring 5 goals and producing one assist.
