As always, this segment will feature betting odds, match previews and match predictions for Swansea City v Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham, West Bromwich Albion v Arsenal and Wigan Athletic v Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Now then, let’s kick-off this preview finale with the betting odds for Sunday’s Premier League fixtures.
English Premier League Betting Odds: 13 May 2012
Swansea City (12/5) v Liverpool (23/20); Draw (5/2)
Tottenham Hotspur (2/5) v Fulham (15/2); Draw (7/2)
West Bromwich Albion (4/1) v Arsenal (7/10); Draw (16/5)
Wigan Athletic (8/13) v Wolverhampton Wanderers (11/2); Draw (3/1)
Bet of the Day: 13 May 2012
Sunday’s bet of the day is under 2.5 total goals in Swansea v Liverpool, paying 11/10 odds.
Preview: Swansea City v Liverpool
Liverpool travel to the Liberty Stadium, Wales to take on Brendan Rodgers’ Swansea City on the final day of the 2011-12 English Premier League season.
Swansea enter this fixture with a solid 7-7-4 home record, having scored 26 goals and conceded just 18, one per game, this season.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have posted an adequate 8-1-9 record away from Anfield, and have scored and conceded 23 goals respectively.
With that said, Liverpool are coming off a 4-1 rout of Chelsea, while the Swans fell 2-0 to Manchester United at Old Trafford in their last league game.
Prediction: Swansea City v Liverpool
The Premier League newcomers end their season on a high note, 1-0 Swans.
Preview: Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham
Harry Redknapp’s Spurs will try to seal their place in next season’s UEFA Champions League with a win against Fulham on Sunday.
Tottenham won the reverse fixture at Craven Cottage way back on 6 November 2011, and big favorites to do the double over the Cottagers.
However, Fulham are 5-1-1 in their seven league games and will surely give Spurs all they can handle.
Prediction: Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham
Tottenham win quite comfortably, 2-0 Spurs. Odds: Tottenham to win 2-0 pays 6-1 odds.
Preview: West Bromwich Albion v Arsenal
West Brom play host to Arsene Wenger and the Gunners at The Hawthorns on Sunday, May 13.
Albion will be playing for a place in the top half of the table, while Arsenal will be competing from a spot in next season’s Champions League.
Unless Newcastle win by 18 goals, a draw would guarantee the Gunners Champions League football next season.
Some may like those odds, but Arsenal’s 8-3-7 away record is not that convincing.
Prediction: West Bromwich Albion v Arsenal
We’ve got a shocker on the cards, 2-1 Albion. Odds: West Brom to win 2-1 pays 16-1 odds.
Preview: Wigan Athletic v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Relegated Wolves travel to the DW Stadium to take on Wigan Athletic in a matchup that few neutrals will be keen on watching.
Nonetheless, this is an intriguing fixture.
Wigan, who have posted a 4-7-7 home record in the league this season, are not very good at home, while Wolves are absolutely dismal, 2-7-9, away from Molineux.
Furthermore, Wigan and Wolves have combined for 77 goals in the league this season.
At the same time, table toppers Manchester City have netted 90 goals, and second-place Manchester United have tallied 88 strikes.
Lastly, Wigan and Wolves have combined to concede 139 goals in the Premier League in 2011-12, while the top four, Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have let in 148 goals.
Prediction: Wigan Athletic v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Advantage Wigan, 3-1 Latics.
